BASIC INFOWhat I will draw
Cuddles, cute things, cartoon, most animal species, drinking, drug use (marijuana/shrooms only), colorful, LGBTQ+, Macro, micro, paws, pin ups, creepy, gore, vore, goo, melting, stretchy, chub(within reason), and many other basic things.NSFW on a case by case basis. I'm very picky on the porn I will draw. Feel free to reach out and ask if you wanna see if I'm okay with ideas. NSFW will be posted on my FelisFortuitous accounts.

What I WILL NOT DRAW
My characters in situations i deem uncomfortable, hyper (this includes dicks, boobs, massive fat), big muscles, watersports, scat, cub, any other extreme fetish of that sort, Rexouiums, NSFW of MLP ponies, non-sentient/sapient feral NSFW, stretchy NSFW.Intricate clothing, Armor, mechanics, cars, cybernetics, robotics, heavily armored creatures. Full Armor, a straight up Robot, Heavily intricate clothing, or anything that's basically 70-90% mechanical is a straight up no. **Protogens are fine within reason. I cannot draw Synths.I cannot draw humans or creatures with humanoid faces. Please stick to anthro characters if you plan to commission me.

Can I ask to be drawn with any of your characters?
Yes, to a point. As long as it doesn't include any of the listed above for starts, and if I deem it appropriate for which character you choose. My main characters TRPC, Bindii, Bander, Ramble, and Pish are NOT for sexual, dating, or otherwise bf/gf settings in art. If you have a question about something not listed above you can ask me.Can I comm you to draw your characters?
Yes. But also refer to above of things I would not like any of my characters to be in. If you have a question about something not listed, you can ask me.

COMMISSIONSI take commission funds up fronti take ONE commission per commissioner via forms.I reserve the right to decline any commission, whether it's because I do not feel comfortable drawing what is asked of me or for an undisclosed reason. I hold the right to decline why I refused a commission.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens(NFT) or AI. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency or AI is strictly prohibited. Commissioner will be barred from any and all future commissions
if it's discovered they are using my art for any form of NFT or AI, and/or advertising or profits associated with NFTs/AI.If it has been longer than a month that you have been waiting for a commission, by all means, note me for an inquiry. I am only human and on some occasions I might have accidentally overlooked the work.

How do you take Commissions?
I accept commissions through Main commissions(Google form), side commissions, stream commissions, and/or the occasional special openings.
For Main commissions, my openings are posted via FurAffinity, Mastodon, BlueSky, Telegram, and Discord. Please check my main desc
if you'd like links to all of those places. The forms are opened on SATURDAY from 3pm-8pm EST, and chosen commissioners will be contacted on SUNDAY around 3pm-4pm EST.
Side commissions and special openings are sporadic and do not have a set opening time and are more-so on my whim.
Stream commissions are taken usually during my Monday streams. These are usually themed.
If you are inquiring about a commission you have already ordered or a question pertaining to a commission type, you may send me a note here on FA or a DM on Telegram/Discord.Can I reserve a slot for a commission?
I do not reserve or hold slots for Main commissions. If you do not get back to me within an HOUR of me contacting you for your comm, your slot is forfeit. This
goes all the way up to sending invoices and receiving payment. This is listed in various places, including both my commission form and my list of offered commissions.
I will not be lenient on this.
Side commissions are allowed reserving of slots, to a point. If it's been longer than 2 months from initial contact, I will consider the inquiry abandoned and cancel
the commission. I will accept payment plans for side commissions. I will only work on what is paid for. If it's been 2 months since last contact/payment, the remains
of the commission will be cancelled.
Stream commissions will be taken/done in stream and are not allowed to hold/reserve a slot. I usually prefer the person be there for the commission as well.May I repost my commission from you?
YES!! Of course, as long as proper credit is given! I encourage this!I'd like to get a surprise gift for a friend! Can I do this?
I do not accept commissions that include OCs without the consent of their owners, so I do not accept surprise gift commissions. I will require proof of consent
from all other parties included in a piece, that are Not the commissioner's OC, by a Note/Telegram msg/Discord msg etc.Edits
I will allow up to 3 free edits to your commission. This doesn't include fixing mistakes on my part.
ALTERATIONS OR EDITS AFTER THE WORK IS APPROVED AND FINISHED WILL HAVE AN EXTRA COST!!!! Any edit required, within reason,
on completed and approved artwork will cost a fee depending on what is asked for.Once an art is approved, I usually do NOT keep the art file on hand. So please make sure it's exactly what you want before approving the art.Edits that would require a large portion of a piece to be reworked will be approached as a new commission and cost as such.References
I do not accept Shaded/SecondLife/VR Avatar/3D references of any type unless there are proper color swatches that explain what is what.
I REFUSE TO EVER ACCEPT AI IMAGES FOR REFERENCES and your form will be auto-denied if you put in AI images for references.If you are looking to get a brand new reference of an OC that has NO art, please be detailed on what you are wanting! Markings, body type, colors, accessories,
expressions, etc etc. Be meticulous. Is it something you'd want to see on you reference? Include it in the description. Rough sketches, or even stick figure drawings
are encouraged! Please refer to this: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/11692047/Normal drawings as references are fine too, but heavily shaded ones are a no go.

You are not allowed to repost art that wasn't made for you, use to promote, sell*, trade, or collect royalties on my art, unless a Transfer of Rights has been
discussed between all parties involved.
*This does not include selling a character that includes art I have done of itArt that is commissioned from me is still owned by both myself and the commissioner. They hold the rights to the OCs they've commissioned in the art piece,
while I hold the rights to the art itself.Can I use the art I commissioned you to promote myself/bring attention to my brand?
My price for transfer of rights is 150% of the final price of the commissioned piece. This would be a full transfer of rights.
Copyright of a piece MUST be bought before being used for promotion/commercial use. If you would like to discuss the Transfer of Rights of a piece you commissioned, I
am very much open to it. In the case of asking for the transfer of rights to commercialize/promote with the piece in the future, it will be agreed by both parties
beforehand.Can I buy the rights to art you drew that was not commissioned by anyone to promote myself/bring attention to my brand?
Yes, unless it is a personal OC of my own creation, or a piece that holds personal meaning to myself. Following the same stipulations above.
Asking for the transfer of rights to commercialize/promote with the piece in the future will be agreed by both parties beforehand.

REFUNDSYou've took too long on my commission, I want a refund.
I require a grace time of at least 2 MONTHS before you ask for one. I am transparent with my commissioners. If something is wrong
or going on I will tell you about delays promptly.
If no work is done, a full refund will be given. If partial work is done, only a partial refund will be given.
NOTE PLEASE...
If you harass me about commissions, whether you feel I am taking too long, or I do not want to draw what you are asking, or cannot draw what you are asking...
I reserve the right to cancel the commission completely. You will receive your refund and you will not be allowed to commission me again.
If I find or feel I cannot complete a commission in the way you are wanting, I WILL ask if you would like something different or refuse the commission in the first place.Something's come up and I need a refund
Alright, that's fine. If I haven't started the art, I will give you a full refund. If I've already started, a partial refund will be given. If the work is completed, no refund
will be given. If the work is completed and approved, then why would you be asking for a refund?
You will not be able to commission me for, at minimum, the next 3 times I open for commissions for personal security.My commission isn't done right, I want a refund
WIPs are sent for most commissions. PLEASE let me know if something is wrong, especially if I've sent you WIPS, it's much easier to fix that way. If you are still
not satisfied after fixing attempts, a refund will be given. Refund will depend on the level of completeness of the work. I retain all rights to the art and the right
to use the rejected work how I see fit. You will not be allowed to use/post/keep any rejected art that I have done for you if you get a refund. If you have posted
or used the rejected art after refund was given, I will either ask for appropriate payment or go through the appropriate measures to have the art removed.
HOWEVER.
If you see the art and approve it when it is done, no refund will be given since the work was completed and approved. As said above, if the work is completed and
approved, why are you asking for a refund?
